Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BrokerDrive (“BrokerDrive,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when brokerages and their agents, staff, and clients use our platform. It is for information only and is not legal advice.
Who controls your data
When a brokerage uses BrokerDrive, the brokerage is the controller of the data it puts into the platform — its leads, contacts, transactions, and documents. BrokerDrive processes that data on the brokerage’s behalf to provide the service.
Information we collect
- Account information: names, email addresses, and roles for users you invite.
- Brokerage data: contacts, leads, transactions, documents, and related records you enter or import.
- Usage data: logs of actions taken in the platform for security, audit, and support.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the platform, route and attribute leads, support transactions and compliance, process billing, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Data ownership and agent relationships
BrokerDrive’s access model distinguishes brokerage-owned records from agent-owned relationships. Agent-owned relationships remain private to the agent by default; brokerage oversight applies to brokerage-sourced data and where compliance requires it. When an agent leaves a brokerage, data is handled according to that ownership distinction and the brokerage’s agreements.
Security
We protect data with tenant isolation, row-level access controls, role-based permissions, optional multi-factor authentication, audit logging, and encryption in transit and at rest. See our Security page for details.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of vetted service providers to operate the platform. They are listed on our Subprocessors page.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Requests are generally directed to the brokerage that controls the data; we support brokerages in fulfilling them.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to the brokerage that controls your data, or to BrokerDrive through the support channels in your workspace.
