    Kickoff + review

    We go through your current tools, domain, MLS feed, and data, so nothing gets lost in the move.

    Move your data over

    Your contacts, deals in progress, listings, and open transactions come into BrokerDrive. We remove duplicates and check the data is clean.

    Connect domain + IDX

    We point your web address at BrokerDrive, set up your MLS Grid feed, and build your IDX pages. We also send your old web links to the new ones so your search rankings carry over.

    Set up the brokerage

    We set up offices, commission plans, lead routing, document checklists, and roles to match how you actually run.

  5. 5

    Train + launch

    We train your agents and transaction coordinators (TCs), run a launch checklist, and stay close on launch day.
